Effective January 1, 2017, dues will be $26 for all regular members and $51 for all special units and public sector members.  
Dues for Early retired members are $16.80 and dues for fully retired Section 50 members are $6.00

Welcome to the North Puget Sound Carpenters Local 70.  We are composed of more than 1600 members from Snohomish, Skagit, Island and Whatcom Counties. 

Our office is located in the Carpenters Training Center at 401 E. Hickox RD Mount Vernon

Our union meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm.  The meetings are held at the North Puget Sound Carpenters Training Center at 401 E. Hickox Rd, Mount Vernon.

Office Hours are Monday through Thursday 7am - 5pm and Friday 7am-12pm

We accept cash, check or credit card as form of payment of dues.  We also accept payment on line and over the phone with a credit card.   .

Dues are $26 for regular members, $51 for special unit/public sector/cabinet makers, $16.80 for early retired members and $6 dues for retired members.  Dues are due at the 1st of each.

Dispatch Histories and current Job lists from Central Dispatch are available at the Union Hall. 

Union Meetings are held at the North Puget Sound Training Center every 3rd Tuesday at 6:30 pm.  One hour prior to the Union Meeting the VOC/CIA meets. This meeing is open to all members.  

Are you interested in becoming a union carpenter? There are two ways to join. If you have lots of experience as a carpenter you can join as a journeyman. If you have no experience or very little experience as a carpenter you can join as an apprentice. Either way, you will need to fill out an application for membership to start the process. Once you fill out the application, we will guide you through the process. If you have any questions you can contact us at 360-424-1532.
